This evening will focus on three principals to cultivate a successful and sustainable yin practice and is perfect for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.

Float, relax, and receive. In this unique sound healing experience at Tula. Participants rest in soft aerial silks suspended just above the floor while being immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments. The gentle sensation of floating enhances relaxation and invites the nervous system into a deeply restorative state. No aerial experience required—just come and receive.
