Bungee is an incredible workout that is fully customizable with varying degrees of intensity and impact. Tula's bungee bootcamp revisits classic fitness movements from pushups to planks to squats; by utilizing the bungee you take familiar moves and add air time and a lot of spring in your step. Come fly, bounce and spin and dance your way into a new realm of cardio dance fitness. It's so fun you almost won't notice that you're sweating!

FREE MORNING YOGA & MEDITATION

Join Emma for a week of free movement and mediation classes to arrive each morning quietly stoking the embers of internal fires and landing in a fuller expression of one's life source. Dedicated to igniting one's fire through courtship with the rising Sun these classes will be a subtle, yet potent gesture to explore the Ayurvedic concept of swathsa— to be situated or reside in the natural seat of one's truest self. To recognize what is balanced health for each individual, how it expresses itself and how to shift our mind's and body's inclinations to supportive ways of offering that expression and being into the world. This week will explore gentle yogic practices of movement, pranayama, mudra and chanting to assist and support a new, developing or deepening meditation practice. May any fruits of the practice benefit all beings.

RESTORATIVE YOGA & AROMATHERAPY WORKSHOP

Join Emma and Julie for a rejuvenating a restorative yoga class synced with massage to relieve the effects of chronic stress and promote well being. Restorative postures are for everyone and help to relieve stress and fatigue that have accumulated over time. What better way to deepen your own healing and relaxation than combining human touch to restorative yoga. The body is completely supported by props in a peaceful environment, allowing for total relaxation. The combination of restorative postures with the soothing touch of therapeutic massage and gentle aromatherapy will allow the body and mind to be addressed holistically. Leave feeling refreshed and renewed after this unique therapeutic experience.
About Julie Southwell:
Julie Southwell has offered massage healing for 25 years, and draws from a background of eastern and western techniques to give an intuitive and nurturing massage experience (Shiatsu, cranial sacral, Ayurvedic, sports/deep tissue etc.). She combines 30+ years of ashtanga yoga study/practice & teaching from India, a former elite cross country ski training lifestyle, a B.S. in kinesiology, and a sensitive & spiritual approach to music (violin) in what she shares through touch. She currently has a private LMT practice in Bend, Oregon.
About Emma Kate Veader:
Emma attributes her practice and offerings to the grace and guidance of her teachers. Whenever finding service in the seat of a teacher, the Bhakti path of devotion and service guides her. Never fully stepping out of studentship, Emma’s studies are dedicated in yoga and Ayurveda as therapies as well as the practice of mantra and chanting. She works with students and clients to help reestablish balance while promoting new expansion from previous conceived limitations. She approaches yoga with a therapeutic view to help reformat previously held unsupportive habits of movement, breath and thought. Known as a vibrant, joy-filled teacher, Emma offers up an energy that is truly contagious. She will remind you that lightness is found in the spirit through her approach to this practice in a reverent but playful way.

Join Hannah for this special Restorative aerial yoga and aromatherapy workshop. Treat yourself to 2 hours of self-love and self-care: enjoy yummy long holds, deep stretches and suspended inversions followed by chocolate and wine. All levels welcome--some aerial yoga experience recommended but not required. Space is limited, pre-registration highly recommended!

Join Lotsie for this special 2-hour partner Thai massage and therapeutic AcroYoga workshop. Bring your life partner, best friend, new friend, mom, roommate--whoever! You will learn how to give AND receive a basic Thai massage sequence plus experience basic therapeutic AcroYoga as both the base and flyer. All levels welcome, no experience necessary. Please sign up with a partner for this workshop. Wear comfortable clothes like you would for a yoga/dance/movement class.
