MOM & BABY YOGA 4 WEEK SERIES

4 week series designed for postpartum mothers and their babies. Babies up to pre-crawling welcome. Build strength, gain sustainable mobility, make new mom friends and bond with your baby. NOTE: no class Wednesday November 26.

Join us for our first of many Communi-TEA gatherings. Drink some local tea, bring a dish or snack to share, connect with old friends and make some new ones.  Gathering, tea and snacks 11-12pm, Acro Q & A and informal jam 12-1pm. All ages welcome. FREE!

AERIAL YIN & YOGA NIDRA

WITH HANNAH HEILICHER

FRIDAY DEC 5, 6-7:30PM

 

Stretch your body with restorative yin yoga postures for the first half of the session, followed by Yoga Nidra while you are cocooned in the aerial hammock.  New to Yoga Nidra? Consider this practice a guided meditation of yogic sleep, bringing your body and mind into a deep state of rest with conscious awareness.
