Vinyasa Flow

A vinyasa yoga class is a dynamic, breath-centered practice that links movement with mindful breathing to create a smooth, flowing sequence of poses. Often called “flow” yoga, each class moves through creative transitions that build strength, flexibility, and balance while encouraging focus and presence. You can expect a mix of energizing sequences, gentle stretches, and moments of stillness, making it suitable for a wide range of levels with options to modify or intensify. Vinyasa classes leave you feeling both invigorated and grounded—like a moving meditation that connects body, breath, and mind.

Fitness Classes

A variety of fitness classes including  sculpt, functional fitness, and flexibility training to create a well-rounded, energizing fitness routine. You’ll build strength and tone muscles through targeted sculpt exercises, while functional movements improve balance, coordination, and everyday mobility.  Classes are suitable for all levels with modifications and challenges so you can move at your own pace while continuing to grow stronger into your best self.

Restorative and Yin

Restorative and Yin yoga classes are a slow, calming practice designed to help your body fully relax and reset. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you’ll be gently supported in comfortable poses held for longer periods, allowing tension to melt away without effort or strain. This deeply nourishing style of yoga soothes the nervous system, promotes healing, and encourages mindful stillness. Perfect for all levels, restorative yoga offers a quiet space to rest, restore energy, and reconnect with a sense of ease and balance.

Aerial Yoga

An aerial yoga class combines traditional yoga poses with the support of a soft fabric hammock, allowing you to explore movement in a playful and supported way. The hammock helps decompress the spine, improve flexibility, and build strength while offering assistance with balance and alignment. You’ll experience a mix of grounded poses, gentle inversions, and flowing sequences that feel both energizing and freeing. Suitable for beginners and experienced students alike, aerial yoga invites you to move with curiosity, release tension, and enjoy a unique, uplifting practice.
